Cleaning Day!

Well today it here... Cleaning Day. You might ask "If it's cleaning day why are you blogging?" Well I needed a break from the Cleaning. Today is my day off from work and Cleaning Day at home. All of the kids are at school. This was Kelsie first day this week she has had a terrible cold all week. Poor girl.

I thought is was time to update. Sorry I am not very good at blogging. I went to the cardiologist on Wednesday. Nothing serious, at least that what the doctor says. This started two years ago before a surgery they needed to due a routine EKG. Well that routine EKG showed up abnormal results. After two months and my surgery I saw the cardiologist. He explained that my EKG showed that I had possibly had a heart attack. YIKES and they let me have surgery before getting further tests. WOW medicine is a little backwards. Well luckily I have no recollection of a heart attack, so they think it's an error. Lets hope! Well Wednesday was my two year follow-up. With the cardiologist, by the way he has absolutely zero bedside manner. It was raining in Vegas so Rob flew home to go with me. It was very nice to have him there and I was hoping he would help me remember everything the doctor told me. Well too bad the doctor did not tell me much so I am able to remember on my own. My EKG is still abnormal and I will need an echo cardiogram for further diagnosis. I had and echo two years ago with slightly abnormal results. This test will hopefully confirm what the doctor's suspects, that there is nothing wrong with my heart except for a heart murmur. The doctor did insist that I start running again for an hour a day. For those that no me I don't enjoy exercise and finding the time is impossible. The doctor wasn't very sympathetic to my excuses. He even asked me if I was busier than Barack Obama? Well I think he was shocked when I said absolutely. He obviously has not followed a full time working mom for a day. Sure I could run like the president if I had a slew of aides to do all the stuff extra that a mom does and works full-time. Who is he kidding. Well I think that comment may have got my chart marked as a difficult patient.

Well that all the excitement at the Gordon House. I will update as soon as I have my next follow-up on the tenth of March.

We love you all!

PS I guess this means back to scrubbing the bathrooms.
